Additionally contained in this recent photograph release appears to be a property layout for Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
The released images suggest he had drawn up development schemes to develop the sprawling island by building residences, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a pool.
Marked on the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the region, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is covered in red pen markings and contains a key detailing different areas of the estate.
Accompanying this are what seem to be an additional nine construction diagrams and construction drawings, including designs for marina coverings.
